These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Running Paper, you agree to be bound by these terms.

'Platform': Refers to the Running Paper web application, including all related services.
'Teacher': An individual who creates worksheets, assessments, and reviews submissions via the platform.
'Student': An individual whose handwritten work is processed, stored, and assessed by the platform.
'User': Refers collectively to teachers, students, and any other individuals accessing the platform.
'Content': Includes worksheets, assessments, student submissions, feedback, and any other materials created, uploaded, or processed on the platform.
User Responsibilities
Teachers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts.
Teachers must ensure that appropriate permissions have been obtained for the collection and processing of student data, including compliance with applicable laws such as UK GDPR.
Users agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and not to engage in any unauthorized activities, such as reverse-engineering the platform or using it for harmful purposes.
Acceptable Use
Users must not upload any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
The platform must not be used to collect or process sensitive information that is unrelated to its educational purpose.
Users agree not to attempt to disrupt the platform’s operations or gain unauthorized access to other user accounts.
Platform Functionality

Data Processing
The platform processes and stores student submissions for the purpose of marking, feedback, and review by teachers.
Users acknowledge that the platform acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the teacher or school, who is the Data Controller.
All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including UK GDPR.
Intellectual Property
All content created by teachers on the platform remains their intellectual property.
Users grant Running Paper a non-exclusive license to process and store the content solely for the purpose of providing the platform’s services.
The platform and its underlying technology are the intellectual property of Anatomy Question Pro Limited and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in prohibited activities.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, data associated with the account will be handled in accordance with our data retention policies.
Limitation of Liability
Running Paper is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
